    I really have'nt a clue as to how to use this thing,o_O should I just install it and leave it alone? or should I o_O set it at a certain level first o_O

    Default setting after installation is "Auto allow - high security level"...if you never have used software like SS (HIPS/monitor/anty-keylogger), you can just switch to "auto allow -medium level" or "allow Microsoft" and observe what messages you get, how the program reacts to launching different applications and "teach" SS how to work in system. If you gain the skills than you can switch to level "ask user".
