Support is too good, even i have some words with their company executive, and he treated me like a valuable customer.

I really have a very bad experience with Zemana Support. I have thrown some mails to them but they never replied. Actually i was never ever able to install the license key into my Zemana Product. Even i have tried many legitimate keys but everytime it failed to activate my software. I have already asked their support team to help me out, but all in vain. :(

Lets look, is it effective :)
I tested some old killdisk samples, I have some good news, it is working. SS block 9/9 samples.
I will test it later with more killdik/mbr releated malware/rootkit samples

    More result attached.
i already test other hips software with this samples, you can find it forum.

Actually many other hips software can block this samples. OA, Geswall, DW... Or you can use mbrguard, it is sliently blocker.

I don't know much about SpyShelter. Does it have automatic updates?

Agree, they seem to be very new on the field and want to show what a company can really do. I just hope they keep to provide the same professionalism.

This looks like a promising program to try out.

Does it seem to slow down older computers?

Not having a bit of impact on system resources over here, and thats on a celeron laptop and a dual core desktop.

On another note,in the changelog it mentions improved self defense, what exactly does this mean,as a basic terminate process from task manager kills the gui(and it seems protection also)? Anyone else with thoughts on that?

I do love the program so far and think it just may be a keeper! Hope the frequent updates and attention to users requests continue! :D

well most security programs try to allow u to terminate it manually if u wish, by self defense its more like tamper protection from altering its files and closing it in less obvious ways id assume.

Correct - never seen malware with fake-mouseclicks in real life, only in PCMag reviews.
