Spyguard

    Although spyguard is in my system tray, sometimes it moves to my task bar also. You can't close it or anything. It just stays there till you restart your computer. Why does it do that? Is it telling me something.
    Also, I have tried to do a live update, but it says I am up to date, and that the last update was iin Jan. 04. Is this correct?
