spybot

    hi i cant get spybot to work. ive installed and deleted it 20 x. all it will do is flicker on and off very fast. i told spybot and they sent instruction which i couldnt make work inluding an incomplete cammand window that doesnt accept any command.. i simply dont know what to doo_O? any ideaso_O?? i sure could use some help. thanx, cyril.............

    Sounds like you have something on your machine which is actively preventing the Spybot S&D installation.
    Do you already have AdAware installed? If so, I'd run it and see what comes up. You may also wish to download these:

    http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip
    With the CWSshredder, run the Scan first, not the Fix, just to see if anything suspicious comes up. With HijackThis, do not fix anything prior to posting the log in the appropriate board here at Wilders. Somebody there can walk you through any necessary fixes.
