Spybot - SpywareBlaster/SpywareGuard

I have read a Spybot tutorial on the bleepingcomputer.com site that
mentions a Spybot/Teatimer & SpywareGuard "conflict" AND a
Spybot/Immunize & SpywareBlaster "overlapping protection situation" ;
with the recent release of the "new" Spybot 1.4, does anyone know
the current "status" of these 2 "issues" ?

 

Do you have a link in regards to this supposable issue ?

There has aways been an "overlapping protection situation" in regards to these 2 programs due to the overlapping database in regards to the ActiveX, Restricted Sites and cookie protection offered by these two programs.

Since you are aware of the "overlapping protection situation", this is NOT
the one you would be looking !? On the net-integration forums it has been
said the new 1.4 no longer mentions SpywareBlaster on its "Immunize"
screen, like the 1.3 version does, so I was wondering if this forum's
members may know of any change in the programming of Spybot 1.4 that
may effect its "protection situation" with SpywareBlaster ? I currently use
SpywareBlaster & SpywareGuard and have avoided installing any Spybot
version because of this "situation" .
