spybot setting question

I was wondering if anyone could shed a little light on this:
I was exploring SpyBot settings and found in "Ignore Products" some items were checked that I never selected. Among them LSP.New.net and a revision titled Sidestep. What are these and why were they checked for exclusion? I unchecked them, ran a scan and nothing was found, but I thought it odd and hoped someone might have some insights for me. Thanks for your time.
