    Hi Beginner,
IMHO if you use Spywareblaster you don't need the immunize section of Spybot(but it's just my opinion)
The option you're showing prevents spywares to be downloaded with other programs
    you're downloading.So it's not dangerous to install.If you
get any problems you can always uncheck it :)

Hm if you still think you have a dialer that Spybot didn't detect I suppose you prolly need to download and run Hijack this! and let one of the locals check out the log. oh yeah - don't fix the stuff it finds when you run it at first; let someone like Pieter tell ya what you oughta "fix" with hijack this, if anything.

    Just have this dialer fixed:

    O16 - DPF: {4B6015E7-3ABB-45DC-96B7-55A843751F28} (IntRuboskizo2 Class) - http://www.chicasmodelos.com/ruboskizo2.cab

    Otherwise, it's a clean log.

    Cheers,

And of course, unless you deliberately meant to restrict third party user access to Internet Options and your Homepage settings, have the following fixed as well:

    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

As a true security measure it's pretty feeble

Just put a check mark at those three items in Hijack This, and then press "FIx Checked".

Hijack this will remove/correct those for you.

    Hi Beginner,

Normally I would save backups, but these are easily restored in another way. (Important is that you make sure you got the ones Tony pointed out to you)
If you experience no problems until and after the next reboot, you can delete them.

    Regards,

    Pieter

First.. Thanks a lot for the help!!
Now, i'm checked and make sure that the files that i deleted - with your help of course :)
are the really files.. so.. i can to delete them? (with the file: backup-20030906-212608-746.dll ?)
And.. i'm only want to ask.. why i has been to delete the files:
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

    and

    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
    ?

They files of the IE doesn't? they have some related with the dialer?

Thanks again! U are the best!!

    Hi Beginner,

No they have nothing to do with the dialer.
As Tony explained they are only restrictions and no files.
These restrictions are hardly any protection and rather annoying for yourself.
So, if you are sure you did follow the instructions correctly you can delete the backups.

As a request: if you use attachments in the future, could you make them a little smaller, please?
I will see if I can adapt these for you.

    Regards,

    Pieter
