Spybot problem

It seems the DSO Exploit check in the new Spybot 1.3 does not properly remove the problem. I can scan many times and it shows up as a threat every time. I tried the Official Spybot forum but they seem to be having server problems. I don't know if this would be a question for the Spybot team but I thought I'd try here seeing as how I can't access safer-networking.org. Any info would be appreciated.
