Spybot is damaged

Hi,
I have been using Spyblaster to good use but after clearing the coolweb trojan from my computer, I can't get it to start or uninstall so that I can reinstall. Any help would be appreciated. lol.

Go here and download SDHelper.dll. Copy the file to the folder containing you Spybot S&D program (normally C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy)
