I recently upgraded a music ripping & format converter suite a couple of days ago that was just released & as I had quite a few unknowns I submitted them to support to be whitelisted which was done in just over an hour! Now I have no unknowns in my scan log.

A few days ago I also updated Spotify desktop program which then was put in deny by WSA in Application Protection but I have set to allow. My question is as I don't have any unknowns why is Spotify still being moved to deny when I removed it after the whitelisting as it don't show up in the scan log as unknown?

This isn't a problem just an enquiry, Spotify is being shown as living happily in C:\users\(me)\appdata\roaming\spotify. How will Spotify ever get whitelisted when it's not an unknown? :doubt:
