splash screen still showing

Hello All,

I'm testing out the ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition (4.0.474) and have the splash screen on startup set to no in the policy that's being pushed to the clients. Both clients are win7pro machines, one 32-bit, one 64-bit. yet both computers still show the splash screen on startup. from the admin console (server version 3.1.15) i've view both configs and both have 'no' in the field for startup. when i go on each of the clients and manually check the gui config the splash startup is checked to enable it.
Not sure if i'm doing something wrong of if this is a bug preventing this setting from being modified remotely.
