spidersearch bho?

Greetings all.
My history: Problem - SpiderSearch bar and Pop-ups. I downloaded and ran both adaware and spybot s&d on my machine and rebooted.

The annoying spidersearch bar still appears on the IE browser frame and pops plenty of repetitive porno promos for me. Any help on the following Hijack-This log is appreciated. I am tempted to remove all HKCU and HKLM and BHO items, but don't really know that that's correct. Thanks.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Presentia <= entire folder
C:\WINNT\fash.exe
