SpiderMail not scanning port 995

    Hello to everybody i am having one problem with SpiderMail

    I am using
    Win XP Home Sp3
    Outlook 2003 Sp3

    DrWeb 5.0
    Spider Guard Enabled
    SpiderMail Enabled
    SpiderGate Enabled
    Self-Protection Enabled
    Parental control:
    Local Access Disabled
    URL Filter Disabled

    and when i recieve messages from pop3.live.com port 995 Spider mail doest even scan the messages and it is enabled

    Statistics 0

    i added pop3.live.com port 995 in Auto interception settings and also * 995

    At you in GUI it is not made SpIDer Mail in a manual mode of interception of the post messages
    Make following changes to your section of the SpIDer Mail
    HookManual1=8110->pop.live.com:110
    HookManual2=8025->smtp.live.com:25
    Further look as it it was displayed in the GUI interface and send the test letter to itself

    Thanks SerM for the help but somebody told me DrWeb doesnt scan ssl connections

    Now you know this reason: SpIDer Mail does not check the SSL protocol.
    I consider it is tru.

    No antivirus is capable to scan a SSL connection, this the same case as password protected archive, stupid example, but still it applies. :))

    Yes , ssl cannot be scanned, but i mean there should be a way to intagrate DrWeb with Outlook will be nice, maybe in the future :D

    Not entirely true...KAV can scan secure connections after importing it's own certificate which it uses to scan secure traffic. Nod4 does too I think.
