spam filter

Can someone tell me if the spam folder automatically deletes all spam emails after a certain time or do I have to manually remove them all...I've looked in setup and can't find anything there...also, is there a way I can direct them to the deleted items folder instead of the spam folder........thank you.

 

You have to remove them manually.
You can change destination folder in Setup > Antispam module.
You have to enable

• Move messages to spam folder
• Use the folder - write there name of folder for deleted items (this depends on client sw. outlook, outllok express, thunderbird)
