Sound Driver problem. Please help

    Last night i upgraded to windows XP pro from Home and it seems to have messed up my sound device. As it wont work no more.

    I dont know what it is to try to update drivers but i have went to everything under sound in device manager and tried to find drivers but no luck.

    I have an Advent 3410 machine. How do i find what sound playing device i have installed on my machine and how do i download its drivers.

    Everest Home Edition "free" it will show you what HW istalled with links to download drivers on most cases
