Sophos Antivirus?

    what!!!!! even microsoft did better than sophos...my goodness!

    Wrong. The best were in there AntiVir, AVK 2006, AVK 2007, F-Secure, Fortinet, Kaspersky, Panda, Symantec, Trend Micro, VBA32 and WebWasher with 0 % missed and the worst CA eTrust-INO with 21 % missed.

    my comments were in respect to sophos in particular...and not about the overall picture...

    No you are still wrong, the lower percentages the better. Sophos missed 2 samples while MS OneCare didn't catch 9 of them. The worst performer here was eTrust AV (INO engine) from Computer Associates. :thumbd:

    this forum is biased!
    i think legendkiller talks of the results from av-test.org where MS did detect more than sophos.

    but in this one you mention, MS did miss more.
