    Hi gang,

I have noticed that Emsisoft AntiMalware, Hitman Pro, and SB doesn't show up in Program Access and Rules on the firewall tab. I do have Hitman Pro and AntiMalware on OA's exclusion list but not SB. Regardless, I would think it would show them accessing the internet and what port.

I was making notes for all my programs as to what port they use for future reference of installing another FW.

Anybody running these programs see the same thing?

    Edit:

When I tried to add the path of EM, hitman OA said it could not because it was on the exclusion list. So that part is solved but it still leaves SB that is not on the exclusion list.

About SB that means that it hasn't so far tried to connect to the internet. So there is no rule created for SB yet.

SB is a permanent fixture on my system and has always showed up under Program Access and Rules and with the most recent version of OA it's not there.

    Very strange, at the least.

    Hi Rilla927,

As far as I know, sandboxie does not make direct internet connections unless it attempts a check for updates. When making updates then "sbiectrl.exe" will attempt an outbound connection.

if a program is excluded - it shouldn't show even in programs ( exclusion list). Regarding sandboxie, as Stem pointed out, there is limited direct internet connections which when there will be an attempt, you should see OA poking at you about it.
