[Solved]haveing problems can u help

Hello I am haveing problems with my computer was wondering if something might be here that I can't see. I have ad-aware 6 and Spybot S&B also spywareblaster. I just ran Spybot and it said I was clean. Here is my HJT log I ran after Spybot was run. I can tell by reading these post you guys stay real busy. It is great that you take your time to help people like me so Thank you!!!! I am not even sure I have done this right. I hope so

Close all windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked":
