solution for Boot cold attack withot changing the hardware configurations

    Can u please tell me any solution of cold boot attack..without changing the hardware configurations...with using some sort of software....

    TAILS has a solution if you are linux user (wipes RAM on shutdown). Windows Bitlocker wipes their encryption keys on shutdown. On windows what I do is reboot and run memtest. It should be enough to wipe it.

    as far as im concerned simply turning off your pc will wipe all data from the ram in a matter of seconds on any ram made after 2008 aka DDR3 , till they get to freeze your ram the data will already be gone hence rendering cold boots useless, correct me if im wrong
