Don't know why this is happening, or if it's related to any other thread, so I'll describe what's happening, and it seems to only occur intermittently/sporadically: When I'm browsing (using FF 3.6.2), the SOL tab will show the IP address and details of the site I've just left (via closing tab). This also happens using other browsers (e.g. Opera 10.51), which is also showing strange behaviour of SOL tab (see ss). It's as if SOL hasn't fully embedded/integrated itself into the browser? Anyone else seeing anything similar? Any help or opinions welcome, thanks. Im also running KIS 2010, MBAM, and Zemana anti-logger on Windows 7 HP 32-bit, with NoScript, AdblockPlus, FlagFox included in FF addons.
If you need to move the tab just open it and grab and move the window to where you want the tab as you can move it anywhere now!! I hope that's what you were asking about? TH
Yes that's right, and if you look carefully (above wikipedia search) you can just see a little of what is a 2nd(green) tab being displayed at same time. But I'd really like to know why SOL is intermittently still showing details for site I've just left, as described in first part about Firefox. p.s Thanks TH, yes I know how to drag SOL window etc.
Yes you will get a second tab! I do when I upload pictures here at wilders! It's like opening a new window in the browser of choice. We are getting spoiled because we have Tabs now instead of opening new windows in our Browsers TH
Did you try a refresh of the Browser to see if that corrects it? I get that if I visit a secure site and then go to a non secure site the tab stays green with the secure site info still in the tab but all I do is refresh and it goes back to normal! FWIW TH
Thanks TH, All in all it seems that what I'm seeing is as it should be then! I'm not totally au-fait with Prevx yet, and only know it(thankfully) through seeing it (about 6 months ago) here. Best thing I can do is probably read more about it. Thanks for all contributions.
As always, TH has fantastic responses We have been improving Opera support in a new test version probably due out tomorrow so keep an eye out for further changes to see if that improves the responsiveness
