    One way to look at growth is through changes in market share -- but, you can’t deposit “market share” in the bank. Another way to assess growth is through increased revenue. And, Symantec’s consumer business revenue grew by 9% in the most recent quarter. It doesn’t appear that Symantec needs to be very concerned about the “free antivirus market” anytime soon.
