So what is up with this renewal business?

    So I go to renew my subscription this morning and get to checkout and I'm being charged $10.95 for a backup CD with no means to remove it. So instead of renewal being $16 it's like $27. I don't think so! I've emailed Customer Service. Has this happened to anyone else ?

    Disregard, I'm an idiot! Did not notice the trash icon next to the CD order field!
