So tired of this!!

Formatted computer and prevx will not let me restart.Already been into my prevx .If you guys cannot fix this i will not renew.I don't care about the company SCARED someone will use your service for free.I will not renew if every time i have to deal with tis!!

If you formatted the computer nothing is installed on the computer.

Please send PrevxHelp your license key via PM and he will be happy to reset it for you or contact the Prevx support inbox and they will be happy to reset it for you also! http://info.prevx.com/service.asp I have never had a problem with either of them resetting my license key I know the rules are strict but really they have no problem resetting of licenses!

I too used to have the same problem as the author of this thread. I reconstruct my security setup for testing purposes and re-install Windows a lot. Sending PrevxHelp a PM asking him to reset the key always solves the problem.

I never have any license problems these days because I implemented a VM on my computer and also using Shadow Defender. I also back-up my C-partition on a weekly basis.

A tip for you is to make an image of a fresh install of Windows with Prevx on it. So whenever you want to re-install Windows, just revert back to it and you'll have a clean install of Windows with Prevx pre-installed on it without having to deal with the license issues.

 

After formatting and reinstalling prevx.When i enter the code it says it is already active on another computer.Meaning the computer i just formated---This is the only program that i have problems out of like this.

 

Log in to https://my.prevx.com/ and de-activate your license. After that, try and activate the license in Prevx application again and it'll work.
