sneaky virus get by nod32

    After using avast for nearly two yrs with a detected virus avast has did its job to stop .I had recently switched to nod32 2.7 for no other reason then being bored and added bitdefender free on demand for back up.Well nod had let a virus in with out even a hint.I did my Weekly routine scan with nod and came up with noda.A followed back up scan with bitdefender and virus found.just goes to show all the hype and gloria of any anti virus can be fooled. I will not jump ship from nod but was glad for the back up scan great save .Goes to show it always good for a second opinion.

    Pretty much struck out on a number of counts and is one of the main reasons for our policy concerning these type threads.

    If you have not yet read that policy, I'd suggest you take a gander at it's contents, especially the portion quoted below.
