Snap Deploy Server Slow on Dell 2650

I have 2 PE 2650's. I am using Snap Deploy 2.0. I made an image of server1 to a network location. It was 45GB and took about 45 minutes.. I then booted server2 with the bootable disk, went to the management console to deploy the image of server1 to server2. I then launched it. That was 2 hours ago. The console shows 9% and 43%. Is this a typical time? I have read several posts stating that snap deploy is slow. SHould it be this slow...??

Both machines are identical. I was hoping to just spend a few hours imaging server 2 tonight, but at this rate, it will take about 12 hours.... Any ideas Is this common?
