snap deploy seem cant see the target pc

first of all i would like to say hi to all here

my network admin. assign me to do this deploying images to our new 5 laptops i did check the image i created and seems fine but when i did boot the computer from LAN (PXE server) the target computer show like no problem communicating to the server but my question is on the deploy console it does'nt show the IP address of the target computer (NO Items to display)
what seem to be the problem?
also show that we have 100 more licences avail. so i'm assuming the licences is not a problem here
