Smart Security Uninstaller

    Is there an uninstaller available for Smart Security 4 installations which have gone wrong? I am told Marcos has one, but I am currently unable to PM him...

    There is (I have it). But, out of respect of ESET, you'll have to get support to send you a copy.

    However, if you do, make sure they send you the encrypted ZIP (which contains the uninstaller) along with the password for the ZIP file. I am still awaiting a password...

    they should post it here on a sticky, last time i tried v4 i needed to do complete restore from external, something to do with self defence i imagine.

    I need one too. VS2 doesn't let me deinstall ESS completly.

    Why hide it??

    If ess uninstaller isn't doing the job properly due to sloppy programming then the uninstaller should be freely available.
