I purchased a Smart security license, the $60 was taken from my account, but the client says I have a Nod32 key. This is incredibly frustrating as it is 12:20 AM and support won't be doing anything for a good 10 hours. Is this a client error or did they mess up and give me the wrong key?

Hello and welcome to Wilders :)

Where does it say that you got a license for NOD32 instead of ESS?

All is good, the client accepted the key.
