    Iolo System Mechanic 7

    its not installed by default, what exactly is it?

    when installed, uses about 5mb ram, is it worth installing?

    &

    what security enhancements does it offer?

    it only offers av and firewall if you choose to install it, and this is only the professional version.

    the spyware is purely on-demand.

    but back to my question, what does the system guard actually do?
