Slow response in email/web-browsing

    Hi
    I had a few instances from several users on ESET V3 of slow responses when opening emails within Outlook 2003/2007 and also web-browsing,
    There is no network connectivity issues or line speed issues to the ISP and I wonder if there is a change that will need to be done in the ESET config to alleviate the slow responses in Outlook predominantly?
