Slow image creation over the network

All,

I am running Acronis True IMage Server 7.0 on three machines.

Machine 1: Windows XP Service Pack 1
Machine 2:Windows 2003 Server Primary
Machine 3:Windows 2003 Server Backup

From one Windows 2003 Server to the other Windows 2003, the image creation proces take about 10 minutes; however, from my Windows XP machine, to the windows 2003 Server machine ,the image process can take up to 15 hours.

This is a small test network that utilizes two Linksys Routers. Both Windows 2003 Servers are on the same Router; however, the XP machine is on another. The are all on the smae domain and network communication between all the computers seems fine. It is just the image process that seems slow. If I am copying large files between the or using ftp, the performace is good.

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? Thank you in advance.
