Trying to install ONLY Slitaz on a laptop (no dual boot) so I arrived to a screen that asks me if I want to install GRUB bootloader or not. What should I do? Is GRUB bootloader necessary even if there's no dual boot with Windows?

The GRUB bootloader boots up the distro. If you're going to use Slitaz as your only operating system - install the bootloader and when finished, remove the installation when prompted and reboot.
