Slices - Why?

    After upgrading to Vista 64 and the latest TI v10 all of my backups (imaging incrementally daily) are "Slices".

    I don't know why/what slices are for, but this wasn't an issue before.
    I checked my settings in TI and "slices" is set for automatic.

    Any advice or help would be appreciated.

    Please notice that "slice" is a term used to refer to incremental backups nature (data at the certain point in time). It does not relate to splitting archive file settings in any way.
