executed with --norpm option ... after "Compenents selection" i have this error "Cannot read rpm config file /tmp/rpmrc: (no error)" ... and after that setup just exit

i have not errors in any log file of system

First of all, please make sure that you are running the program under the Root account.

Please also run the following command:

strace -o log -fF ./TrueImageServer9.1_d_en.i686

Please collect the created log file.

Attach the collected file to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. I got exactly the same error with Gentoo.
trueimage-setup.log says:
glibc version is: 2.4
Installing package dkms-2.0.4
Cannot read rpm config file /tmp/rpmrc: (no error)
