    What about the referral to this 'Rogue IPv6 Router Advertisement Problem Statement' document from february.
    Perhaps serious but not so 0-day?

    Also, as pointed out in the last reply from OP's link; How to permanently disable IPv6 in the Win7 registry; link.
    (When disabling IPv6 in the LAN network settings, a reboot will re-enable it).

    I just unchecked IPv6 in the network adapter settings and it was still unchecked after a few reboots.
