    Hello,
I am away on a bussiness trip, but my son informed me he entered our Eset password and Username that we use on our main PC into his new laptop. I'm asked him to remove i but he isnt. I'm not going to be home untill sunday, is our license going to get canceled because of this? I tryed to contact Eset support but their offices were closed via phone.

I think your son did download a trial version of Eset smart security? or Nod32? and afterwards he thought it would be OK to put the current Username and Pass into the trial version.

But if he does the same thing once more but keeps the trial Username and Password intact, he will be able to use it for 30days with full protection.

And when you come home you can buy another license for him to use on the Notebook.

Purchased licenses are not canceled immediately without an attempt to contact the customer first.
