Been awhile since I last upgraded, so I can't remember. If I upgrade my version of Truecrypt, do I need to recreate container files with the new version? How about with my computers running the whole disk encryption? Will anything become unstable?
    Thanks guys.

No, you don't need to re-encrypt. It can be beneficial, but its not a requirement.

TC will update the bootloader in the event of WDE.
