Signature database update not working?

    Hi everyone.

    I've just recently purchased (two days ago) a NOD32 license. Everything was working fine until this morning; now, when trying to update the signature database, I'm getting an "Invalid Username and/or Password" error message.

    Is ESET having some kind of authentication problems on the update servers, or is there some issue with my credentials?

    Can anyone help me?

    Contact the one who sold you NOD32 , contact your local ESET distributor/representative
