Since downloading the new 3.4 version, SpyBlaster has been hanging up when I turn off the computer. There is a pause, then a popup window appears asking to wait while the program shuts down. There is a progress bar on the popup that gets no further than 1/4 through, then the box disappears. There is another pause, 10 to 20 seconds, then Windows goes into "... shutting down". SpyBlaster did not cause this problem with the older version. Is there a way to resolve this so that Window will shutdown like it should?

No. It is not running minimized. It was set exactly as written under the "Enable Protection" instruction in Getting Started". "Exit Program"

After you "Exit Program"....do you still see Spywareblaster.exe running in XP's Task Manager ?
