After 24 hours on my computer, it is doing well. I am using XPsp3 if that makes a difference. :)

I am running sandboxie with geswall and everything's running just fine. Sandboxie has my browser sandboxed, and geswall is protecting yahoo, email, and a couple other internet-facing apps. But even when I tried protecting opera with geswall in addition to sandboxie just for playing around, I must report that opera still ran light as a feather and speeds were unaffected.

That's my take on the sandboxie + geswall combination. On my system they seem to compliment one another well.

edit= windows server 2003 sp2, geswall pro, sandboxie 3.31 paid.
