Which Shockwave ID are you referring to?

If the ID is stored in the registry, you should be able to create a custom rule for it.

I have looked into Shockwave in the past and I don't know of a unique identifier. It DOES using a Class ID specific to the software; that's needed to properly work in Windows. It does not identify a specific computer or user. If it does have some unique identifier please let me know.
