Their page is not fully encrypted, stylesheets are produced over HTTP, also have google analytics and facebook widget. They dont have webmail it seems.

thanks despite its flaws on its website, its still a heck of a lot better then hotmail/google :)

Any email provider that respects or attempts some form of privacy is a + in my books, but as always just be careful on what and how you use such a service, use it as you would hotmail/yahoo/gmail and you will be fine.

That looks like a good forum/junk mail account. But then I got gmail for that... so nothing special about their email service.

Same goes for other email services that I would never use for anything buisness/school related:

    • neomailbox - again anything neo is just sounding weird
    • privatdemail.net - sounds too foreign and .net will get mistaken for .com
    • hushmail - hush what?
    • rise up - too defiant for a work place

There are plenty of others that have weird names. I guess if all you care is communication between 2 parties without ever using your real name then it makes sense but for any other real time buisness/school these are just plain silly.

Yup do agree have used some of those email providers you mentioned, they generally overall have sending/receiving issues also. If you use hotmail/gmail/yahoo anything top and well known no issues or rare.

countermail is the alternative but at a cost, wish they did a service like $20-30 per year at least!

100% agree about countermail. At $50 a year and 200mb storage it's just too much. I wouldn't mind paying $20 a year for 20mb inbox and I suggested them just that idea.
