Anyone who is currently using ShadowUser v2.5....can you please tell me how to add my MSN and IncrediMail email client folders to the "EXCLUSION LIST?"

In ShadowUser > Configuration > Exclusion List > Add folder: in the BROWSE FOLDER tree....my email client folders are NOT showing up?

    I went to C:/ > Document & Settings > Owner.....

but that's as far as I got. The Local Settings folder was not present. That's where my MSN emails (Application Data > Microsoft > MSN > db folder) and IncrediMail emails (Application Data > IM) are stored.

I need to know how to exclude my email clients from "ShadowMode"

    Thanks.

right mouseclick on START then select Explore

Go to the TOOLS dropdown menu and select FOLDER OPTIONS

Click on the VIEW tab, then select SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS

Thanks 4 your reply. I already have the "hidden folders" to display...and the problem is not through the windows explorer, but the ShadowUser configuration browser. The folders that I want to add to the "exclusion list" are not showing up in the ShadowUser browser menu (ie the Local Settings folder not displaying).

It may be a bug, as it shows up on my SU exclusion list.

Perhaps posting over at their forums could get you an answer.
