Hey all, I purchased shadow protect desktop yesterday after hearing all the good things about it here in the past. I have managed to download the winpe builder and shadow protect desktop. I am having problems downloading the 64bit crossplatform recovery environment. I am getting about 3kb a second download speeds then dropping to 0 and timing out. I have submitted a support request but since i know people on wilders have the product i was wondering if someone could do a test download to see if it a problem with that file or if i am just unlucky when i try to download it. Thanks
Just did a test, lodore (50Mbps service from my cable co). The download started out at around 20Mbps and got progressively higher (topped out at around 45Mbps). FWIW...
