Sfc_os.dll - Win32/Patched.NAW trojan a false positive?

    Hi folks, there were some people (i was affected by it too) that met this sort of messages from nod.
    I use nod 32 antivirus 4, updated to 6246 virus signature database. System: Windows Xp Professional sp3.

    Read the comments beneath the report.
    What is it?
    Try to send it to eset for anlysis, but no baloon for sending it popped up...
    What should I do?
    Diregard it or ...?
    The problem is that i do not have here the XP cd so i can substitutye the file...
