setup password

    A company i work for has gone and placed a password on the setup parameters and now lost the password. I have been unsucessful in guessing it and cannot find a way to reinstall it as the settings stay and uninstalling needs the missing password .. pls help.

    Hi Freeman78,

    Go to the Eset web site www.esetsoftware.com, go to "Support Center", and "FAQ" and look for the heading "My NOD32 Control Center is password locked (greyed out). What to do?" and double click it.

    Then just follow the instructions and email the ID code that is created to support@nod32.com. You'll get an "Unlocking code" back soon and Bob's yer Uncle, you'll be sorted.
