We have some off-site employees that like to ignore or put off maintenance of their anti-virus. So sometimes they can go weeks without updates and they don't care. Different story once they get infected I bet.

Is there a way to set pop-up warnings that would tell them they aren't getting updated if they don't update for more than a certain period of time?

Example: off-site user doesn't update for two weeks and a pop-up starts coming up every 15 minutes that annoys them until they schedule a time for us to update them?

    thanks

ESET's system tray icon should turn orange/yellow or red if it is unable to download updates after a certain amount of time. That icon is typically a good indicator of how well your system is performing.

And when you open the main program window:

    Hope this helps.
