Server Status

Hi, I'm using ZA 6 pro & observed the following check marks for "Server"

smart server
defense name trusted/internet
cust no name just icon x
auto com surrogate x x
system generic host process x
custom google desktop index x
system LSA Shell export ver... x
auto Microsoft HTML App. Host x x
auto " Mgt console x
auto " outlook x
auto " RSVP x x
auto ntvdm.exe x x
system services & controller x
auto windows logon ui x x
auto " media player x
custom " service pack setup x x

regarding service pack setup i have 14!

I don't share files, music, etc. Also grc.com gives me all stealth for ports (shields up)

Do any of the above need to have server rights, either trusted or internet? What is ZA Pro 6 smart defense?

Geez! the formatting falls apart when posting one x = trusted, two x's = trusted & internet - for server

 

I would say that none of those need server rights for the internet zone. Trusted is another story, perhaps some need it there, but you shouldn't have to worry about that one. Just turn off all internet server access. If something breaks, then you can always re-enable it for one program.
