We have a pair of Load Balanced Terminal Servers running 3.0.672.0 after a period of about 24 hours the servers gradually slow down and then become inaccessible and have to be hard reset

I have looked at the thread concerning Event ID 6004 and all the symptoms seem the same and it seems that this issues may have been resolved in .657 although the postings stop in June 2008.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Terry

i'm using 3.0.657 on servers w/o issues, but indeed with builds previous to .657 there were big issues.

never tried any other version above 3.0.657

I'll bear Rmuffler's response in mind in future but I'd like to add here that I'm involved with a Windows 2003 Server that I'd upgraded to NOD32v3 Business from NOD32v2.7, and on 21/8/2008, 22/9/2008 and 26/9/2008 the Server seemed to grind to a halt - we couldn't RDP it and we couldn't get any action thru the console, or browse its shares. It was still running but not responding. We had to force it off on each occasion. I was desperate for a solution to stability and checked my notes on its history and the issue seemed to only begin after I'd installed NODv3 so I uninstalled it and reinstalled 2.7 and had no problems since then. I need to revisit this obviously.
