    Hi all,

Our Windows 2000 SP4 keeps restarting eliminating backup services, did a check for Sasser, nothing found.

Can anyone see something weird in the startup list??

Did several online checks, virus free.

    Thanks in advance,

    rgds,
    Martin

Do you have all the patches installed?

DOes give you an error that it's about to restart? If so then type in
    START > CMD
    in command menu type in
    shutdown -a

that will abort the shutdown giveing you enough time to install a patch. :)

Check the MSUPDATE for the latest patches for your system.

The latest version of the Internet support module is 2.000.9. Please download the latest version of NOD32 from our website and reinstall NOD32.

You may need to change your component update settings to update automatically.

    lol

On your first post you said that you use Win2000 SP4 and on second there is information that you use WinXP SP1.

Send all RUN process to NOD support and they will find out if it is virus but if you updated windows no way Sasser can do that.
